Chris can arrange for you to 'rent' a BMW F700GS in Cuba on a per diem basis... from one-day to as many as you like.
However, under Cuba regulations relating to custodianship of the motorcycles, you must be accompanied by a Cuban guide (on a separate motorcycle).
The itineraries are NOT supported by a van.
All BMW F700s come with twin panniers, but no top-case.
In case of several registrations for the same day, the tour company providing the motorcycles reserves the right to organize a group tour.
NOTE: Your contract will be with the German tour company provisioning your rental and tour, and which will provide all services and receive payments directly from you.
